Wendy’s Flowers is a full-service florist, gift shop, and greenhouse with locations in Gilbertsville and Barto, PA. We are always looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team.

Now Hiring

Retail Sales Associates (Gilbertsville & Barto)
Afternoon/Evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM and/or 3:00/3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Applicants must be in 10th grade or older

Experienced Floral Designer (Gilbertsville)
Part-time position, approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00/5:00 PM with Saturday rotation
Prior floral design experience required

Greenhouse Laborers (Gilbertsville)
Daytime and evening shifts available (including 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM)

Requirements

Applicants must have open availability, including weekends and holidays. Due to the nature of our business, the following holidays and weekends are mandatory:

Valentine’s Day
Easter
Mother’s Day
Memorial Day

Weekend hours may vary depending on season and business needs.

Retail Sales Position

Responsibilities include assisting customers, operating computerized registers, handling payments, stocking inventory, decorating plants, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Moderate lifting is required (including loading items such as mulch and soil).

Strong customer service and communication skills are essential. Retail or plant knowledge is helpful but not required. Reliability is a must.

Greenhouse Position

Responsibilities include watering plants, restocking, cleaning, and general greenhouse duties. This role involves moderate to heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts vary:
Morning/Afternoon: 8:30 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM
Afternoon/Evening: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Excellent customer service skills and reliability are required.

Floral Designer Position

Part-time daytime hours. Candidates must have prior floral design experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
